I will do everything I can to ship your orders as soon as possible. However, I work 3 days a week as a typography teacher at an art academy, have two teenage kids, and a dog that needs to be walked. So please give me a few days to ship your order.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
- Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the item for a different size, color, or alternative product, please indicate your preference when contacting me. I will assist you in finding the right replacement and guide you through the exchange process. Any price differences between the original and exchanged items will be handled accordingly.
